The Tree Marathon 2026

Participation in the Event is entirely voluntary and undertaken at the Participant’s own risk.

This Event is strictly restricted to residents of Tree Campus. Outsiders or non-residents are not permitted to participate.

The Event is open to both Male and Female participants, categorised into groups based on age as follows:

Age category:

• Group 1: 5 to 10 years

• Group 2: 11 to 20 years

• Group 3: 21 to 40 years

• Group 4: 40 years and above

Run Categories:

• 3 Kms Run I Time limit 30 Minutes

• 5 kms Run l Time limit 1 hour

• 10 kms Run l Time limit 2 hours

• 5 kms walkathon I Time limit 1 Hour 20 minutes (one group irrespective of age/gender group)

All participants will receive a T-Shirt, Medal and Participation Certificate as appreciation for their involvement.

Medals will be awarded to participants who complete the run within the set timeline.

The top three finishers in each category will be honored with trophies for their performance.

The decision of the Organizers and referees regarding race results and awards will be final and binding.

1.⁠ ⁠Event Facilities and Participant Support

Participants will be encouraged and supported with T-shirts, water, light breakfast and First Aid support.

Hydration and first-aid stations will be available along the route.

Participants are advised to make use of these facilities responsibly and help maintain cleanliness at all times.

2.⁠ ⁠Registration and Fees

All participants must register before 30th November 2026 to be eligible for participation.

A nominal registration fee of 350/- per participant.

Late or on-the-spot registrations may not be accepted at the discretion of the Organisers.

3.⁠ ⁠Health and Fitness

Participants must ensure they are medically and physically fit to participate.

By registering, Participants confirm that they have no known medical condition or injury that could be aggravated by participation.

Organizers strongly recommend a medical check-up prior to the Event.

Any medical expenses incurred before, during, or after the Event are the sole responsibility of the Participant.

4.⁠ ⁠Understanding of Risk

The Participant acknowledges that running involves inherent risks, including but not limited to dehydration, heatstroke, fatigue, falls, collisions, or other physical injuries.
