When you sign up for an event through our Website, our liability for any and all damage under our Terms of Service and under applicable laws is limited to the amount you have paid for the ticket.

• Your registration is 100% official the moment you finalise the payment.

• You have to abide by the rules of the event for which you registered. 

• Cancellations, refunds or deferrals are only possible if they are offered by the organiser of the event. Find out more in the Refund Policy.

• You do not have to create an account on our website to register for an event.

• We are committed to data protection and your privacy. Find out more in the privacy policies.

• We may change those Terms of Service from time to time.

In cases of adverse weather conditions, major incidents, force majeure, or restrictions imposed by authorities, the organizers reserve the right to stop, cancel, or postpone the event.

• Event organizers may adjust the course, delay the race, or make other necessary changes, including modifying the race route or distance.

• Event organizers have exclusive authority to cancel tickets and, if needed, to postpone or cancel the event in accordance with company policies and guidelines.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

• If you wish to cancel your registration, you may do so up to 20 days before the event, in which case you will receive a 75% refund. 

• Refund will be credited in 7 to 8 business days to the original bank account

• Cancellations made within 20 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund.

Transfer Policy:

You may transfer your registration to another person up to 20 days before the event. Transfers within 20 days of the event will not be permitted.
