About Siddaganga Half Marathon 2026
Siddaganga Half Marathon 2026 is organised by Siddaganga Medical College & Research Institute (SMCRI), a unit of Sree Siddaganga Matha, on the occasion of World Heart Day 2026, in association with the Athletic Association, Tumakuru and Tumkur Runners Club. Inspired by the values of Sree Siddaganga Math, the event promotes heart health, fitness, and community well-being.
For the past five years, the Siddaganga Health Run has been successfully conducted, attracting 2,500–3,000 participants annually, including runners, students, healthcare professionals, and fitness enthusiasts from across Karnataka.
Building on this successful legacy, Siddaganga Half Marathon 2026 features the 21K Half Marathon, 10K Health Run, and 5K Fun Run, inviting runners of all ages and abilities to come together in support of a healthier, fitter community.
