What You Get in Every Challenge

Small-Group Accountability System (3 to 5 Members Only) 💬

You’ll be placed in a 3 to 5-person WhatsApp group from your batch. When everyone shares the same journey, accountability becomes effortless.

Daily Check-Ins (The Proof System)

You’ll share a daily screenshot of your activity from any fitness app in the group. This allows us to track your progress throughout the challenge.

Progress Reflection Checkpoints

Each week, you get a detailed progress card summarizing your activity: days completed, distance, time, and consistency.

These checkpoints help you see patterns and stay aligned with your goal.

The Real-Life Buffer (Designed for Real Life, Not Perfection)

Missing a day doesn’t mean you’ve failed.

Every challenge has its own life limit, and each missed day reduces one life. As long as you stay within your challenge’s life allowance, you remain eligible for the Medal.

This approach prevents the all-or-nothing mentality and helps you stay consistent.

Successful completion of the challenge earns you

  • A full refund (on perfect completion, as per refund rules)
  • The official Consistency Medal
  • A Finisher Certificate
  • Recognition on the Finisher Wall
  • Most importantly, you walk away with a habit that continues long after the challenge ends.

Lives Allocation by Challenge

To keep things fair and achievable, each challenge includes a set number of buffer days:

These lives give you room for real-life interruptions while still holding you accountable to finish strong and be eligible for the medal.

Lives apply only to medal eligibility. Refund eligibility requires zero missed days.

Why This Works Better Than Any App or Training Plan

  1. Apps can track your data, and training plans can tell you what to do — but neither holds you accountable.
  2. This challenge fixes the real problem: people quit because no one notices when they disappear.
  3. Here, you are part of a small WhatsApp group where your daily activity is visible.
Everyone sees when you show up, and everyone notices when you don’t.
  4. When you know four other people are waiting for your update, consistency becomes natural.
  5. You see them train. They see you train.
  6. This mutual accountability removes excuses and builds discipline.

How It Works

Join your matched WhatsApp group

You’ll be placed in a WhatsApp group with 3 to 5 participants from your batch. This creates a fair, supportive and motivating environment.

3

Share your daily activity proof

Every day, you’ll post a screenshot of your workout or activity from any fitness app. This keeps the whole group accountable.

4

Illness days must be informed on the same day and will follow our Illness Policy.

Illness Policy

Illness days will not count as lost lives, but they must be compensated.

  • For every day missed due to illness, you must complete one additional day of activity at the end of the challenge.
  • If your illness lasts for more than 3 consecutive days, you must share a medical prescription or proof. In such cases, your challenge duration will be extended, and you must compensate for all missed days.
  • Illness days may preserve medal eligibility but do not qualify for refund eligibility.

This ensures fairness while still helping you stay accountable and complete the challenge with integrity.

Refunds & Terms

  • Full refunds are issued only for perfect completion of the challenge
  • Missing even one day makes you ineligible for a refund
  • All workouts must be tracked using fitness tracking apps
Manual activity entries are not allowed for refund eligibility

We trust everyone who joins this challenge to be genuine and committed to personal growth. Manual entries are accepted as real activity. This challenge is based on honesty, discipline, and self-accountability — cheating only affects the person doing it.
