1. About BibEvents

BibEvents is an online platform that lists running and fitness events and allows users to register for these events through our website. We also operate a separate fitness accountability program called the Consistency Challenge, accessible at bibevents.com/consistencychallenge.

By using this website, registering for an event, or participating in the Consistency Challenge, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Event Listings & Registrations

• BibEvents acts only as a registration and discovery platform.
• Event ownership, organization, execution, safety, and logistics are the responsibility of the event organizer, not BibEvents.
• Event details (date, location, distance, rules, refunds, bib collection, etc.) are provided by organizers and may change without notice.

BibEvents is not liable for:

• Event cancellations or postponements
• Changes in route, timing, or format
• Injuries, losses, or damages during events

3. Payments & Refunds

• Registration fees are collected on behalf of event organizers.
• Refunds, transfers, or deferrals are governed by the individual event’s policy.
• BibEvents does not guarantee refunds unless explicitly stated by the organizer.

For the Consistency Challenge:

• All payments are non-refundable once the challenge begins.
• No refunds are provided for partial participation, missed days, or early withdrawal.

4. User Responsibilities

By using BibEvents, you confirm that:

• You are medically fit to participate in physical activities
• You understand the risks involved in endurance sports
• You provide accurate personal and contact information
• You will not misuse the platform or impersonate others
